Kaz Dağlarında 700 metre yükseklikteki zeytin bahçelerinden tamamen doğal olarak 1 yıl boyunca olgunlaşan zeytin taneleri el ile toplar, 1 litre zeytinyağı üretmek için 6-7 kg zeytin kullanırız. 24 saat içinde taş değirmende soğuk baskı yöntemi ile işlediğimiz zeytin yağını filtrelemeden şişeleyerek sunarız.
