YAPILIŞI

Kereviz saplarını ince ince doğrayın. Ardından doğranan kerevizleri yaklaşık beş dakika buharda haşlayın (Çatal ile kontrol edebilirsiniz) ve süzün. Büyükçe bir tavaya orta ateşte zeytinyağını ekleyin. Daha sonra ince doğradığınız sarımsakları zeytinyağına ekleyin. Süzdüğünüz kerevizi ve domatesleri ve hamsi turşusunu pişene kadar yaklaşık 10 dakika kavurun. Tuz karabiber şeker ve maydonozu da ekleyin.
